Very long wait, staff seem very stressed is apologetic about it. Staff are friendly with they had more staff. Waiting over 10 hours to be seen by a doctor.

More staff more communication.

Wrist the doctors and nurses show care and empathy, the technology and processed fail them sometimes. A lot of room for improvement to make it more efficient.

Advance technology- records take time to update and missing information and reports.

I have come to A&E twice and the waiting time is so bad I have been in A&E for 18 to 20 hours.
